The governing law for this service is Swiss law. The legal seat is in the process of being established in Switzerland. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence apply in accordance with Art. 6(2) Rome I Regulation.
Purpose of the Service
FinUties provides a financial data API that aggregates publicly available data from regulatory agencies (SEC, CFTC), central banks (Federal Reserve, ECB), statistical offices (Eurostat, BLS, OECD, IMF), and market data sources. The service is offered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product for developers, analysts, and AI applications.

Intellectual Property
The FinUties platform, API, website design, and documentation are the intellectual property of Sebastian Becker. The underlying data is sourced from public government databases and is subject to the terms and conditions of those respective sources.
